• Web Hosting
• Servers & Server Basics

• Basic technical troubleshooting and problem-solving

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to international customers through Voice & Chat
• Understand customer issues and provide accurate troubleshooting
• Troubleshoot basic website, hosting, WordPress, API and server-related issues
• Identify technical problems and provide appropriate solutions or escalate when required
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Follow process guidelines and meet quality and productivity targets
