Job Description:

• Deliver top-tier customer care by resolving billing inquiries, managing accounts, supporting mobile services, and guiding basic troubleshooting—all while driving a positive user experience and upholding strict quality standards.

Qualifications:

• At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
• At least 6 months call center experience
• Excellent communication skills
