WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Assist customers through chat and email
• Help with account, device, app, and billing concerns
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide easy-to-understand solutions
• Research information to resolve customer concerns
• Aim for one-touch resolution and take ownership of every interaction
• Handle multiple chats while maintaining accuracy and quality
• Follow security, risk, compliance, and client procedures

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Excellent written English & communication skills
• Patient, professional, and empathetic
• Strong problem-solving and basic troubleshooting skills
• Familiar with Android, iOS, Windows, Mac, and common browsers
• Comfortable handling around 3 chats simultaneously
• Detail-oriented and great at multitasking
• Can thrive in a fast-paced environment

BIG PLUS IF YOU HAVE:

✅ 1+ year of BPO experience
✅ Technical Chat Support experience
✅ B2C customer service experience
✅ Chat or email support experience
✅ Background in mobile apps, telecommunications, VOIP, or tech products
