Technical Support (Chemical Additives)

Job Responsibilities

1. Work closely with the sales team to provide technical support for various chemical additives, including product selection, formula development, application testing, and troubleshooting, to help complete sales orders and achieve team sales targets assigned by the company.
2. Communicate with the technical and production teams of cooperative clients, understand their production requirements, and provide pre-sales technical consultation and after-sales problem resolution, including formula optimization, alternative raw material search, and cost reduction solutions, to support the sales team in sustaining stable cooperation.
3. Research market trends, competitor product updates, and technical developments in the chemical additive industry. Collect customer feedback and technical requirements, and deliver regular technical analysis reports to support the company's product strategy and optimization.
4. Support the sales team in managing the technical lifecycle of clients, including product testing coordination, technical training, complaint handling, and relationship maintenance, to build long-term and stable strategic customer partnerships.

Job Requirements

1. College diploma or above; proficient in English or Mandarin as working language.
2. At least 5 years of technical support experience (it's good if u have an experience in chemical additives). Familiar with product features and application scenarios of additives for coatings, inks, adhesives and related industries, with mature sales thinking.
3. Preferred qualifications: familiar with procurement procedures, business communication norms and cooperation standards of Asia manufacturers; well-versed in market rules of the chemical industry in Asia.
4. Capable of independent market development, business negotiation, customer relationship maintenance and payment collection follow-up. Able to work under pressure, target-oriented, and good at tapping customers’ potential demands.
