Technical Support (Civil)

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and oversight to construction projects through site visits, coordination, and troubleshooting.
• Assist or independently conduct site inspections, material commissioning, and technical presentations/briefings for contractors and clients.
• Support the Estimator or other related departments in achieving project objectives and milestones.
• Prepare comprehensive reports for each site inspection, weekly progress update, and technical support activity.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or construction is an advantage; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD
• Experience in civil engineering, including structural calculations, concrete/steel inspection, and understanding of construction methods is preferred
• Able to interpret and create technical drawings (Shop Drawings)
• Fair proficiency in English, both spoken and written
• Pleasant personality with strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
