Job Summary
The Technical Support is the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance. The role involves handling basic IT support issues, Hardware Support, Server Support, logging incidents, and ensuring timely resolution or escalation as per defined SLAs.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, or chat
Log and track all incidents and service requests in the ticketing tool
Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, server, software, and network issues
Troubleshoot issues related to:
Windows OS / basic Mac support
MS Office / O365
Email & Outlook issues
Password resets / account unlocks
Follow standard SOPs and knowledge base articles
Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 teams
Ensure adherence to SLAs and response timelines
Maintain proper documentation of issues and resolutions
