TP Indonesia looking for Technical Support position (can join IMMEDIATELY)

📍RDTX Square, South Jakarta (Onsite Working Arrangement)

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Act as the technical subject matter expert for external-facing teams.

• Handling customer's problems and issues regarding ads manager, related to the JSON, Rest API, SQL, Problem solving

• Serve as the first point of contact for incidents related to Ad Platform and advertiser-facing tools.

• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, platform incidents, and integration issues within Spotify Ads Manager.

• Escalate complex technical issues to Engineering and manage live issue coordination.

• Provide timely incident updates and gather relevant information from cross-functional stakeholders.

• Assist in testing new integrations and capabilities, including SDKs, APIs, and third-party custom integrations.

• Maintain detailed and clear documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

🧩 Requirements

• Have strong understanding in Technical Support / Platform Support / AdTech Support / API Support roles.

• Strong critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills.

• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.

• Fluent in English (C1 level – written and verbal).

• Willing to work in Shifting shedule.

• Willing to work for 6 months contract (extendable based on performance)

🔧 Technical Skills

Required:

• Strong understanding of JSON & REST APIs troubleshooting

• SQL (querying and basic analysis)

• Advanced problem-solving skills

Nice to Have:

• Google Tag Manager
