What they need
- Membantu Outlet dan Call Center yang mengalami kendala teknis dengan instruksi yang mudah dipahami
- Melakukan instalasi, konfigurasi dan pembaruan system
- Memastikan jaringan internet dan lokal berjalan dengan stabil
- Memastikan semua perangkat sesuai dengan standard keamanan yang berlaku
Requirements :
- Min. D3/S1 Teknik Informatika, Ilmu Komputer/Sistem Informasi
- Memiliki pengalaman 1-2 tahun di bidang Helpdesk/IT Support
- Memahami instalasi, konfigurasi dan troubleshooting OS dan device IT
- Kemampuan untuk membuat dan melaporkan permasalahan IT
- Kemampuan menjelaskan solusi teknis dengan ringkas dan mudah dipahami
- Memiliki logika dan analisa yang kuat untuk menyelesaikan akar masalah dengan cepat dan tepat
- Wajib menguasai bahasa Inggris pasif maupun aktif
- Bersedia untuk dinas luar kota
- Memiliki SIM A aktif
