Technical Support

Job duties :

• Provide on-site trouble-shooting and installation on both hardware and software
• Perform system maintenance tasks such as system upgrade, database backup, data archive
• Perform hardware maintenance tasks such as regular check, parts replacement, firmware upgrade
• Provide user training especially focus on human resource application
• Analysis user needs and report to manager

Requirements :

• Solid knowledge of computer systems, IT hardware and networking concepts;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Strong problem-solving skills, good communication skills, and a strong sense of responsibility;
• Independent, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure;
• Alternative Saturday and perform shift/overtime work as needed.
