Technical Support

As a Technical Support, you will serve as a key point of contact for technical issues, ensuring smooth operations for both our team and our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Assistance: Promptly respond to technical inquiries and provide clear, actionable guidance to resolve issues.
• Effective Communication: Act as a bridge between the internal team and clients to ensure clear understanding and timely updates.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, user guides, and reports related to support activities.
• Continuous Improvement: Proactively stay updated on industry trends and internal systems to enhance support quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or related field.
• 1 year experienced in IT support management or related field is a plus.
• Knowledge of Software development.
• Programming knowledge will be an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Analytical & technically skills – ability to understand and solve IT problems.
• Sense of ownership, Good attitude, Service mind and Customer service skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills and fast learner
• Working well under pressure
• Good communication skill
