Technical Support

We are looking for a Technical Support person who is detail-oriented, technically curious, and able to understand product specifications, applications, and installation requirements.

Responsibilities:

* Provide technical information and product guidance to customers and Sales.

* Understand product specifications, functions, applications, and installation requirements.

* Recommend suitable products or solutions based on customer and project requirements.

* Review technical drawings, dimensions, and product specifications when required.

* Assist Sales in preparing technical proposals and product selections.

* Provide installation guidance and technical support before, during, and after installation.

* Conduct site visits when necessary to inspect conditions, take measurements, or assist with technical issues.

* Troubleshoot product or installation problems and recommend appropriate solutions.

* Coordinate with suppliers or principals regarding technical questions when required.

* Prepare and maintain technical documentation, product specifications, installation guides, and related materials.

* Conduct product demonstrations and technical training when needed.

* Support Marketing by ensuring technical information used in marketing materials is accurate.

* Keep updated with new products, systems, installation methods, and industry developments.

* Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.

Requirements:

* Minimum education: Vocational School, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related technical field.

* Previous experience in Technical Support, Site Support, Project Coordination, or a related position is preferred.

* Able to understand technical drawings, measurements, and product specifications.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Good communication skills and able to explain technical information clearly.

* Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.

* Comfortable working both in the office and on project sites.

* Willing to conduct site visits when required.

* Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic technical documentation tools.

Experience in architectural hardware, door and window systems, furniture hardware, building materials, architecture, interior design, construction, technical drawings, product installation, or project coordination will be an advantage.
