Technical Support Electronic Product

Job Duties:

• Handle technical inquiries and product-related issues from consumers.
• Perform troubleshooting and identify potential solutions for product-related problems.
• Provide appropriate solutions and product usage guidance to consumers.
• Coordinate with relevant teams, such as Product, Engineering, Quality, After-Sales, and Service Center teams.
• Analyze and escalate technical cases that require further investigation or support.
• Provide feedback and report recurring product-related issues to the relevant teams.

Qualifications :

• Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the electronic products industry are preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Able to handle consumer concerns and provide appropriate solutions related to electronic products.
• Proficient in either English or Mandarin SHK 4, both written and spoken.
