Big Cart Corporation is a small business company focused on providing video surveillance products and custom designed electronic components to distributors. We are looking for a self-motivated, self-disciplined, organized, persistent & ambitious individual who has the passion and desire to succeed.

Job Responsibilities:

Learn and gain a strong understanding of all company products

Transferring knowledge to both clients and team members

Provide technical assistance via phone or email

Use computer software to provide remote assistance (TeamViewer)

Document and research all inquiries or problems

Provide customer service

Ideal candidate:

Background in video surveillance, CCTV, or IT Networking

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate technical issues to nontechnical and technical audiences

Proficiency with computers

Excellent problem solving skills with a desire to take on responsibility

Strong organizational and follow up skills
