Technical Support

We are looking for a Technical Support to provide hands-on technical support, PC deployment, hardware/software troubleshooting, and IT asset management. The role will also handle equipment installation, configuration, asset updates, and basic maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 1 technical support for hardware, software, and user-related concerns.
• Perform PC/laptop setup, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Install and configure OS, drivers, applications, and standard images.
• Handle IT asset inventory, tagging, deployment, and asset updates.
• Perform hardware upgrades and parts replacement, including memory and HDD.
• Coordinate warranty claims, RMA, parts delivery, and pullout.
• Assist with asset refresh, decommissioning, and proper equipment disposal.
• Prepare service schedules, inventory updates, and technical reports.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of IT, Computer Science, or related course.
• With experience in IT/Technical Support, Desktop Support, or Asset Management.
• Knowledgeable in hardware/software troubleshooting, OS installation, and PC deployment.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Willing to work on-site and perform hands-on technical support activities.
