Technical Support

The Technical Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and support for hardware, software, and network systems. This role serves as the primary point of contact for end-users experiencing technical issues, ensuring prompt resolution, maintaining system stability, and delivering high quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

1. End-User & Technical Support

• Provide first- and second-level (Tier 1/2) technical support via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, network, and system administration issues.
• Guide non-technical end-users through step-by-step problem-solving procedures.
• Escalate complex or unresolved technical issues to Tier 3 support or engineering teams.
