What they need
Minimal D3 Teknik Komputer, Teknik Informatika, atau bidang terkait.
Minimal 2 tahun pengalaman sebagai IT Support/Technical Support.
Memahami troubleshooting hardware, software, Windows OS, Microsoft Office, printer, scanner, dan perangkat end-user lainnya.
Memahami dasar networking: LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, router, switch, PSTN/SIP Trunk.
Familiar dengan berbagai end-user devices seperti PC, laptop, tablet/gadget, POS printer, fingerprint, scanner, dan perangkat IT lainnya.
Menguasai Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project).
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, koordinasi, problem solving, dan respons yang baik.
Kemampuan bahasa Inggris menjadi nilai tambah.
