Job Summary

We are looking for a *Technical Support professional with a Pharmacy/Healthcare background* to provide technical and functional support for healthcare-related software and systems. The ideal candidate should understand pharmacy operations and be able to troubleshoot and resolve user issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical and functional support for healthcare/pharmacy software.

Understand pharmacy workflows, billing, inventory, dispensing, and related processes.

Troubleshoot software issues and provide timely solutions.

Coordinate with the development/technical team for complex issues.

Assist users with software implementation, configuration, and basic training.

Track support issues and ensure timely resolution.

Maintain proper documentation of issues and resolutions.

Communicate effectively with pharmacy and healthcare users.

Required Skills & Qualifications

B.Pharm / D.Pharm / Pharmacy-related qualification preferred.*

Healthcare, hospital, pharmacy, or medical software experience will be an advantage.

Basic knowledge of software applications and troubleshooting.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Strong understanding of pharmacy operations and processes.

Willingness to learn and work with healthcare technology.

Preferred Candidate: Candidates with a Pharmacy background and experience in healthcare/pharmacy software support will be preferred.
