About the role

Pajakku is looking for a passionate and driven Technical Support to join our team and grow with us. You will monitor application and infrastructure services, perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis, and support deployment and environment maintenance across Linux-based and Kubernetes environments.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor application and infrastructure services to ensure system availability and performance.
• Perform initial troubleshooting and root cause analysis across applications, databases, networks, and infrastructure.
• Analyze application and system logs to identify incidents and service disruptions.
• Support application deployment, configuration, and environment maintenance.
• Support Linux-based and Kubernetes environments.
• Coordinate and escalate issues to Development, Infrastructure, and related teams when necessary.
• Maintain clear troubleshooting documentation and incident reports.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimal 2 years experience in Technical Support, Application Support, System Administration, Infrastructure Support, or related roles is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Familiarity with Linux, networking, databases, and application support.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, Nginx, or Keycloak/SSO is an advantage.
• Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and systematic in problem-solving.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• High sense of ownership and proactive attitude in resolving issues.
