Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Technical Support Intern to assist the technical team with customer queries, basic troubleshooting, and CCTV-related technical support. The candidate should have excellent English communication skills and the ability to handle different situations professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer technical queries and provide basic support.
• Assist in troubleshooting CCTV-related technical issues.
• Understand customer problems and provide appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate with the technical team for issue resolution.
• Maintain basic service reports and records.
• Learn about CCTV products, systems, and troubleshooting processes.

Requirements

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Diploma / ITI / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Good confidence and customer-handling skills.
• Strong problem-solving and situation-handling ability.
• Basic knowledge of electronics, computers, or networking.
• Willingness to learn and work in an office-based technical support role.

Pay: ₹144,000.00 - ₹186,000.00 per year
