Job Description:-
- To look into issues and resolving quires.
- Analysing corporate travel policies.
- To resolve tickets representing staff - generated technical requests or problems and troubleshoots technical and process issues to maintain productivity.
- Documentation of policies & Corporates Configuration.
- Handling Corporate Employee Database Management Systems
- Responding to Technological Failures and Concerns
- Managing day to day issues raised in respective modules.
Required Skills:-
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent Knowledge of computer.
- Phone & Email in Technical Support
- Software & Technical Troubleshooting & Problem Solving
- SQL Database Quires
- PHP Language
Qualification & Experience:-
- Graduate, Fresher or relevant experience of 1-2 years in Travel Background preferred.
- Bachelor of Science in Computing and Security Technology
