Technical Support

We are looking for a Network & Security Engineer with hands-on experience in Sophos Firewall, Ruckus Wi-Fi, Ruckus Switching, HP Switching, Endpoint Security, and Layer-3 networking. The candidate will be responsible for implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, and support of network and security infrastructure at customer locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Sophos Firewall.
• Manage firewall policies, NAT, VPN, routing, web filtering, application control, and security policies.
• Configure and troubleshoot Ruckus Wi-Fi Access Points and Controllers/Cloud.
• Manage Ruckus Unleashed / Ruckus Wi-Fi environments.
• Configure and troubleshoot Ruckus switches.
• Configure and troubleshoot HP switches.
• Configure VLAN, Trunk, Access Ports, STP/RSTP/MSTP, LACP, and Layer-3 routing.
• Good understanding of IPv4, subnetting, DHCP, DNS, ARP, ICMP, TCP/IP, and routing protocols.
• Troubleshoot Wi-Fi connectivity, authentication, roaming, interference, and performance issues.
• Manage Endpoint Security/Endpoint Protection solutions and troubleshoot endpoint-related security issues.
• Perform network installation, configuration, migration, and troubleshooting at customer sites.
• Monitor network and security devices and resolve incidents within agreed timelines.
• Prepare network documentation, configuration backups, and troubleshooting reports.
• Coordinate with OEMs, customers, and internal technical/sales teams for issue resolution.
• Provide technical support and after-sales support to customers.

• Gateway and routing troubleshooting

Preferred Certifications

• Sophos Certified Engineer / equivalent
• Ruckus Wireless certification
• CCNA or equivalent networking certification

Candidate Profile

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites when required.
• Ability to independently handle network and security troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience is preferred over purely theoretical knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
