TECHNICAL SUPPORT

• Provide technical advice and product recommendations to customers and projects.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and troubleshooting.
• Identify problems and provide practical technical solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and supervise product applications.
• Provide technical training to applicators, contractors, and customers.
• Support the Sales team in handling technical customer and project requirements.
• Identify business opportunities through technical support activities.
• Prepare simple reports for site visits, complaints, training, and technical activities.
• Maintain records of technical cases and solutions.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Materials Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Technical Support, Application Engineer, Site Engineer, Construction, or related fields.
• Experience in building materials or construction products is preferred.
• Good understanding of construction and product application.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Able to conduct product demonstrations and training.
• Customer-oriented and able to work with Sales teams.
• Willing to travel and conduct regular site visits.
• Valid driving license is preferred.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Willing to be placed in Graha Adhi Cakra, Central Jakarta.
