Technical Support

What You’ll Do

• Deliver pre-scheduled and on-demand technical support services to customers
• Serve as the subject matter expert for mobile computing and technology solutions
• Manage deployment projects from launch to completion, ensuring timelines are met
• Act as the primary point of contact for incoming service inquiries and support requests
• Own technical issues from initial report to final resolution
• Diagnose problems, research solutions, and guide customers through troubleshooting
• Escalate complex issues when needed while ensuring timely follow-up
• Document all support activities, resolutions, and customer interactions

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field preferred, or 4+ years of related experience/training (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Familiarity with mobile computing hardware or related technology (preferred)
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer-service mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow projects through to completion
• Self-starter with strong accountability and follow-through

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

This position combines computer-based responsibilities with frequent physical activity in a shop or service environment. The role may require:

• Frequently sitting and using a computer, including keyboarding, accessing technical information, and completing service documentation.
• Frequently standing, walking, bending, reaching, and moving throughout the workplace.
• Occasionally lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or moving items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Working in shop or service environments with potential exposure to moving mechanical parts, noise, fumes, and other equipment-related hazards.
• Using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when required by applicable safety procedures.
