What they need
- Minimum education D3 in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or other related fields in IT.
- Have 1–2 years of experience in Technical Support or IT Support. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
- Willing to be placed in Manokwari, West Papua.
- Understand troubleshooting, installation, and diagnostics of both hardware and software.
- Understand the basics of networking, including LAN, WAN, VPN, DNS, and TCP/IP. Understand Active Directory, domain management, shared folders, and printer configuration.
- Have photo/video editing skills or application development is a plus.
- Willing to work overtime if necessary.
- Quick learner, detail-oriented, diligent, adaptive, and able to work under pressure.
