Technical Support

FiberHome is a global telecommunications technology provider specializing in optical communications, fiber-optic networks, and broadband solutions.

We are looking for a Technical Support with hands-on experience in FTTH technologies, particularly OLTs (Optical Line Terminals) and ONUs (Optical Network Units). The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance, troubleshoot network issues, and support customers and internal teams to ensure reliable service delivery.

Advanced English proficiency is required to communicate effectively with international teams and technical departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for FTTH networks, including OLTs, ONUs, and GPON technologies.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues, equipment configurations, network alarms, and service performance.
• Assist customers, ISPs, and field technicians with technical inquiries and problem resolution.
• Coordinate with international engineering and technical teams to resolve complex issues.
• Monitor support tickets, document incidents, and ensure timely resolution.
• Provide remote technical assistance and technical documentation in English.

Requirements

• Technical degree or studies in Telecommunications, Electronics, Networking, or a related field.
• Proven experience with OLTs, ONUs, and FTTH/GPON networks.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with international teams.
