QUALIFICATIONS
- A degree holder in any Computer related course.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in IT help desk or technical support.
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, hardware, and networking fundamentals.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with ticketing tools and incident management processes is an advantage.
- Provide first-level IT support to users for basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Pay: Php12,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
