Technical Support Consultant

We're on the hunt for a Technical Support Consultant to join our high‑performing Operations team, helping more Australians make the switch to solar, batteries and EV charging.

Reporting to our Operations Manager, you'll be the go-to for customers navigating their Solar, Battery and EV Charging Systems. You'll solve problems, chase down answers, and make sure every customer gets a real result, not just a response. About the Role

We're looking for a Technical Support Consultant who has a strong drive to find the real answers, not just the easy one. You'll work closely with customers, suppliers, manufacturers and installers to keep issues moving from first contact through to resolution.

You'll diagnose and investigate technical issues, process warranty claims, and support customers through post-sale queries, all while keeping our CRM accurate and our partners onside. This role suits someone who loves solving problems, thrives on the phone, and enjoys turning a frustrated customer into a happy one.

This is a full‑time, office‑based role in North Sydney (2 minutes from the station, 5 minutes from the Metro).

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide a high level of service to our customers, every call
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
• Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers and installers
• Diagnose technical issues relating to Solar and Battery Systems
• Process warranty claims with manufacturers
• Manage customer data with exceptional accuracy in our CRM
• Support customers with post-sale queries
• Build and maintain strong relationships with our partners
• Respond to customer queries and questions at lightspeed
• Clearly and quickly identify problems and find real solutions
