I'm recruiting for a Technical Support Consultant to join an established international software company specialising in print management and document solutions!

💰 Salary: €48,000 – €55,000

📍 Location: Almere, Netherlands

🏡 Working: Office-based or remote, depending on your location

✨ What's the opportunity?

This isn't just your typical IT support role!

You'll be joining a collaborative European technical team, supporting customers and partners across the Benelux region, with the opportunity to get involved in:

✅ Installing, configuring and supporting print management solutions

✅ Troubleshooting complex technical issues

✅ Working with PaperCut MF/NG and other print technologies

✅ Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID & SQL Server

✅ Print servers, print queues, printer drivers & networking

✅ Technical consultancy, pre-sales and product demonstrations

✅ Customer training, installations and occasional site visits

🎯 Who would be a great fit?

We're looking for someone with:

✔️ Hands-on experience with PaperCut or similar Print Management Software

✔️ Strong Windows Server and networking knowledge

✔️ Experience supporting print infrastructure and troubleshooting technical issues

✔️ A proactive, customer-focused approach

✔️ Fluent Dutch and good working English

⭐ Experience with uniFLOW, Equitrac, YSoft SAFEQ, Canon, Ricoh, Konica Minolta or Kyocera would be a real bonus!
