Technical Support Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and organized Technical Coordinator to coordinate technical activities, manage project documentation, and ensure smooth communication between the sales, technical, procurement, and service teams. The candidate will support IT infrastructure and system integration projects, ensuring timely execution, proper coordination, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales, technical, procurement, and service teams for IT infrastructure and system integration projects.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, quotations, technical proposals, and service reports.
• Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and distributors regarding product availability, pricing, delivery timelines, and technical information.
• Track project schedules, delivery status, installation activities, and service requests to ensure timely completion.
• Assist the technical team in preparing Bills of Materials (BOMs), equipment lists, and project-related documents.
• Follow up on customer requirements, purchase orders, and project updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams for hardware procurement, dispatch, installation, and customer delivery.
• Maintain records of project status, inventory, warranty details, and equipment serial numbers.
• Schedule technical meetings, customer visits, site surveys, and project review discussions.
• Support the preparation of MIS reports, project status reports, and other management reports.
• Ensure proper communication and coordination between customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Provide administrative and operational support for technical projects and service activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in technical coordination, project coordination, or IT infrastructure support.
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure products such as servers, desktops, laptops, networking devices, storage, and security solutions.
• Knowledge of system integration processes and IT hardware procurement will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and other office applications.
• Good communication, coordination, documentation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with an IT system integrator, IT infrastructure company, or technology solutions provider.
• Familiarity with OEMs, distributors, vendor coordination, and purchase order processes.
• Exposure to project tracking, inventory management, and service coordination.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
