Customer Service Representative – Healthcare Account

Healthcare customer service can involve unfamiliar systems, processes, and terminology, which can make the field seem difficult to enter—especially if you're new to BPO. If you're a fresh graduate, first-time job seeker, or career shifter with good communication skills and attention to detail, this opportunity gives you a place to develop those skills.

Previous BPO or call center experience is not required. You'll receive paid training starting Day 1 to help you learn the account, systems, and healthcare service processes you'll use in the role.

What You'll Do

As a Healthcare Account Customer Service Representative, you'll assist customers with questions and concerns related to healthcare benefits, coverage, claims, and services.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting customers with healthcare benefits and coverage concerns
• Answering questions about eligibility and available services
• Handling claims and provider-related inquiries
• Processing account updates and customer requests
• Explaining healthcare processes and requirements clearly
• Handling sensitive customer information with care
• Following verification, privacy, and account security procedures
• Documenting customer interactions accurately
• Escalating complex concerns when needed
• Meeting quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals

Qualifications

• High School or Senior High School graduate
• No BPO or call center experience required
