Technical Support / Customer Service Representative (WFH)

About the role

We are looking for a patient, communicative, and solutions-oriented Technical Support / Customer Service Representative to join our team long-term. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for our customers across multiple channels, troubleshooting issues, resolving tickets, and providing a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, email inquiries, and live SMS/text messaging to assist customers promptly
• Manage and resolve support requests through our ticketing system, ensuring accurate updates and timely follow-ups
• Reach out directly to customers who have reported issues to gather information, troubleshoot, and drive problems to full resolution
• Maintain a customer-first mindset by delivering clear, patient, and professional assistance during every interaction

About you

• Prior technical support or multi-channel customer service experience is strongly preferred
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills with the ability to explain technical details clearly
• A customer-first approach with strong empathy, active listening, and problem-solving skills under pressure
