Technical Support (DAVAO)

Key Responsibilities

• Install and configure operating systems, software applications, endpoint protection, and peripheral devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and basic network-related issues.
• Provide timely technical assistance and support to end users.
• Perform routine inspection, cleaning, testing, and preventive maintenance of computers and peripherals.
• Assist with software updates, patch deployment, system testing, and endpoint management.
• Install, upgrade, configure, and maintain computer hardware components.
• Perform basic hardware repairs and coordinate warranty servicing when necessary.
• Assess defective equipment and recommend appropriate replacement or repair.
• Ensure proper disposal and handling of obsolete or defective IT equipment.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for IT equipment.
• Maintain and troubleshoot computers, scanners, printers, and other input/output devices.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, repairs, maintenance activities, and service requests.
• Provide on-site technical support when required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related course. 2-year or 4-year graduates are welcome to apply.
• At least 2 years of experience in IT support, computer maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
• TESDA Computer Systems Servicing (CSS) NC II Certified.
• Knowledgeable in basic electronics repair, hardware troubleshooting, and software troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with basic networking concepts and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Customer-service oriented with the ability to communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
• Able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules.
• Willing to travel nationwide when required.
• Must be willing to be assigned in Davao City
