Technical Support Desk Officer

Job Summary

We are looking for an Onsite IT Support Officer to provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting for computers, laptops, printers, networking devices, and software to ensure smooth daily IT operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide onsite troubleshooting and support for hardware, software, printers, laptops, and peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve basic IT and network connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows OS, applications, drivers, and updates.
• Respond to IT service requests and incidents within agreed SLA.
• Perform preventive maintenance and basic health checks on IT equipment.
• Maintain service reports, repair logs, and asset records.

Job Requirements

• Hands-on experience in IT support or troubleshooting is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, LAN/Wi-Fi, and antivirus tools.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on a 24/7 shift basis.

Working Hours

• 24/7 shift
• 4 working days / 3 off days
• 5 working days / 2 off days

Remuneration

• Basic: Up to RM2,500
• Attendance Allowance: RM100
• Standby Allowance: Applicable
