Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced L2 Technical Support Engineer with strong technical and communication skills to provide end-user and infrastructure support.
Key Responsibilities:
- L2 support for Desktop, Laptop and IT hardware/software issues
- Troubleshooting Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook, printers and peripherals
- Basic troubleshooting of LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and VPN
- User and system support through Active Directory
- Handle technical incidents and ensure timely resolution as per SLA
- Provide VIP/Executive support to senior users
- Coordinate with L3 teams and vendors for complex issues
Required Skills:
- 4+ years of relevant IT/Technical Support experience
- Strong Desktop/Laptop & Network troubleshooting skills
- Experience in L2 and VIP support
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
- Immediate joiners only
