Technical Support Engineer (API & Solutions)
Experience Requirements:
3+ years of backend development experience
Programming Languages:
Open / Any backend tech stack (language-agnostic)
Key Responsibilities:
-Bridge communication between InBody HQ developers and client technical teams
-Lead technical discussions and integration meetings with client developers
-Support client API integration and technical troubleshooting
-Guide clients through data formats and specifications
-Provide and explain SDK/API documentation and resources
(Scope Note: Focuses on integration support; does not involve core software development)
