What they need
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers.
- Troubleshoot database, cloud, API, and integration issues.
- Work with Engineering, Product, and Documentation teams to resolve issues.
- Maintain case documentation and support processes.
- Create knowledge base articles and improve support tools.
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience in a technical role.
- Strong knowledge of at least two areas: databases, distributed systems, cloud, Linux/Unix, or programming.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Customer-focused and proactive approach.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
