About the role
Technical Support Engineer providing pre-sales and post-sales support for auto-ID products including barcode printers, PDAs, scanners, and label consumables.
Key responsibilities
- Pre-sales support (40%): solution demonstrations, RFP/RFQ support, product configuration, POC validation for key accounts
- Post-sales support (60%): on-site and remote hardware-software troubleshooting, end-user training
About you
- Diploma or Bachelor in Electronic, Mechatronic, or IT related field
- 3+ years hardware technical support experience
- Familiar with barcode and RFID technology
- Experience with Zebra and Honeywell devices
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, ZPL/EPL command
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus
- Self-driven with good multi-task management
- Willing to work full-time in Malaysia
