Job Description:

• Provide dedicated technical support for a major key account, ensuring timely troubleshooting and high-quality service
• Perform troubleshooting and deliver application guidance to ensure optimal machine performance at customer sites
• Maximize equipment utilization through proactive maintenance and effective issue resolution
• Conduct training sessions for customer personnel and partners to enhance operational efficiency and product knowledge
• Act as a key point of contact for technical support, ensuring high standards of service and communication
• Collaborate with distributors and internal teams to maintain excellent support quality across key accounts

Qualification:

• Candidate must possess at least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electronics/Mechatronics/Electromechanics), or equivalent
• 1–3 years of SMT experience preferred. Experience in AOI and SPI machines is an advantage
• Good command of English (both written and spoken) is required
• Must have own transportation
• Willing to travel (Domestic and Overseas)
• Must be based in or willing to reside in Chonburi to support key customer operations
• Meticulous, independent, and eager to learn, with the ability to manage and execute assigned tasks effectively
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
