Technical Support Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support to customers through phone calls, emails, or chat sessions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to software products and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify solutions for complex technical problems.
• Document customer interactions using CRM software for accurate tracking.

Job Requirements :

• 0-3 years of experience in a similar role (customer-facing technical support).
• Strong communication skills with excellent verbal and written English proficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and troubleshooting techniques.
