What they need
Key Responsibilities
Meet with the product design team (hardware and software) to determine product testing parameters.
Writing test plans, creating test plans, update test plans and creating test cases for the product according to software and hardware enhancement and development cycle.
Ensure all tests and procedures meet company and industry standards.
Ensure all products software and hardware functionality readiness for sales to customers or release.
Develop testing automation procedure and program in line with product development cycle.
Develop testing automation procedure documentation for testing technician.
Prepare test reports for team leader.
Any adhoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Qualification in Electrical / Electronic / Computer / Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent
- Knowledge of technical support and technical testing for hardware and software products
- Knowledge of Niagara Framework, Building Automation & Analytics Technologies
- Knowledge of instrumentation sensors and field communication protocols, e.g Modbus, BACnet etc
- Knowledge is programming language such as C++, python is an advantage
- TCP/IP Networking and protocols knowledge
