- Provide technical support to customers through remote troubleshooting, resolving issues related to electronic products
- Offer after sales service and warranty management.
- Assist in providing technical services to customers by diagnosing faults and suggesting solutions or repair options.
- Handle customer queries regarding product functionality and provide timely resolutions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-5 years of experience in after sales support or a related field (technical support).
- Any graduate degree with knowledge of electronics/fire & safety principles.
- Strong communication skills with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
