Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide remote technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat for desktop issues related to hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems using various tools such as LAN/WAN configuration management software.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals for optimal performance.
- Escalate critical issues to senior engineers or third-party vendors when necessary.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of desktop support, installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and system support.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
