Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers through various channels.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues and integration problems.
• Troubleshoot API, software, and payment-platform issues.
• Monitor and investigate system incidents and service disruptions.
• Work closely with engineering and product teams to resolve complex issues.
• Document technical problems, solutions, and support procedures.
• Assist customers with system configuration and integration.
• Monitor support requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend technical improvements.
• Prepare technical reports and communicate solutions to customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
