💰 Salary: Up to £36,000

📍 Location: London Bridge - Oonsite

🕐 Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm

Here at Burns Sheehan, we're working with a well-established MSP with a strong reputation across the London market. They're looking for a 2nd Line Support Enginee r to join their support team and support a range of clients across their Microsoft environment.

This is a great opportunity for someone with previous MSP experience who wants to build on their technical skills while working in a busy, client-facing environment.

What are they looking for?

• Previous experience working on an MSP Service Desk / Helpdesk
• Strong Microsoft 365 / Office 365 administration experience
• Good working knowledge of SharePoint
• Strong Windows 10/11 troubleshooting skills
• Networking experience across Switches, Firewalls and DNS
• Experience with Azure AD / Active Directory and MDM
• Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach

The role is based just a 2-minute walk from London Bridge, so it's well suited to someone who enjoys being part of a hands-on support team.
