Technical Support Engineer

The Technical Support Engineer is responsible for providing timely technical assistance, troubleshooting, and problem resolution for company hardware, software, and network systems. The role ensures stable IT operations, reliable user support, and adherence to IT standards—keeping systems dependable and employees productive in support of organizational goals.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field; diploma or vocational certification is acceptable provided with at least 1 year of relevant IT technical support experience.

• With at least 1–2 years of experience in IT technical support or helpdesk roles handling end-user troubleshooting for hardware, software, and basic network issues.

• Proficient in Windows operating systems, basic macOS support, Microsoft Office 365, printer and peripheral troubleshooting, and basic LAN/WAN connectivity support.

• Able to work in a fast-paced support environment with ticketing systems, ensuring timely response, escalation, and resolution of IT incidents based on defined service levels.

• Strong problem-solving, customer service orientation, communication skills, and teamwork, with high attention to detail in documenting issues and following IT support procedures.
