Technical Support Engineer

Job Duties:

• Provide high-quality pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers, handling and resolving their enquiries and issues.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with target customer segments, delivering high-value ELV system installation and maintenance services.
• Deliver on-site and in-house technical support covering Audio Visual, Video Wall & Signage systems, CCTV, Access Control, Alarm, and IoT systems.
• Perform software and hardware installation and configuration, ensuring smooth project handover and clear communication with customers from installation through to maintenance contract stages.
• Assist the Sales team in overall operational coordination for ELV systems.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Services / Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in ELV systems.
• Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in Cantonese and good command of English, with strong written Chinese and English skills.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Technical Support Engineer
• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned.
