Responsibilities
- Manage ITIL-based change and problem management processes.
- Coordinate standard, normal, and emergency changes with stakeholders.
- Lead CAB meetings and ensure process compliance.
- Perform RCA, trend analysis, and preventive action planning.
- Provide L1/L2 application and production support.
- Resolve incidents and coordinate with technical teams.
- Prepare operational dashboards, MIS reports, and SLA tracking.
- Drive service improvement and ensure production stability.
Requirements
- Experience in IT Application/Production Support.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL, Change, and Problem Management.
- Experience with Java, RDBMS, Struts, and middleware technologies.
- Technical support experience via voice, email, and web.
