- Troubleshoot and resolve desktop issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Manage incidents reported by users and escalate complex issues to senior engineers when necessary.
- Collaborate with other teams to identify root causes of recurring problems.
Job Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in IT helpdesk or technical support role.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Outlook configuration, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers at various levels.
