What they need
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in Technical Support, Product Support, or related IT/customer-facing technical role. Basic understanding of Linux/Unix and Windows operating systems.
- Foundational knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/HTTPS, and the OSI Model. Familiarity with basic troubleshooting/diagnostic tools such as ping, traceroute, netstat, curl, or Wireshark (exposure preferred, not mandatory).
- Good written and verbal communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams.
- Ability to learn quickly, follow documented processes, and work well within a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
