Technical Support Engineer

Job Responsibilities

1. Provide product selection and application support for Thai customers and distributors；
2. Be responsible for the demonstration, installation and commissioning of products such as power supplies and electronic loads；
3. Handle on-site failures and prepare technical reports；
4. Deliver product training to distributors and customers；
5. Collect customer requirements and communicate with the R&D, product and technical teams in Nanjing；
6. Provide support for exhibitions, seminars and key projects；
7. Undertake basic maintenance and calibration coordination when necessary；
8. Other matters requiring team cooperation and tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

1. Major in Automation, Electronic Information or related fields, with certain experience or internship experience in power supply testing and maintenance；
2. Understand and be able to use general instruments and equipment such as power supplies, electronic loads or oscilloscopes；
3. Have a certain understanding of the testing procedures and methods for switching power supply products；
4. Possess certain program reading ability, capable of reading the structural framework of instrument programming languages；
5. Clear logical thinking, with good communication skills and team awareness.
